Extremely rude woman working behind the front desk of the restaurant when we tried to get lunch there yesterday (25 Oct 2020). She claimed to not understand us despite my wife being able to speak enough German to ask if they were still serving lunch. We took our money to the bar right next door that is next to the Danube River and had a nice traditional Bavaria lunch instead. Clearly money for this restaurant isn’t an issue during the pandemic so we didn’t have any problems walking away from the rude and hostile waitress! Beat avoided unless you like rude and ignorant staff!

Simple little Italian restaurant with friendly service. Very good location on the Danube, also a few outside tables with a view of the Danube and the Oberhaus festival.

Best pizza in Passau. Free delivery, best to order directly there, not via Lieferando. Da Franco is affordable and the food is worth every penny.

on site in the open air: pizza too expensive for the size, good taste. Bruscietta topped sparingly, almost no parmesan and garlic, but more than plenty of rocket, 2 pieces for 4.90 euros too expensive. Salad was brought to the table with wrong dressing, mostly green salad; Tomato, paprika- none. Two juice spritzers were invoiced for 20 cents more expensive each, only noticed after leaving the restaurant. Service was friendly. Sitting on the terrace is less pleasant, as there is a parking garage directly opposite, where cars constantly drive in and out on Friday in the late afternoon. It is noticeable that the home delivery service menu is much more extensive than the menu for the restaurant.

Seldom experienced something so ridiculous. Ordered at 20:30 !! At 9:30 p.m. the first call from me, which then said that the food was already on the go !! be. Another half an hour later still no delivery car in sight, even though the delivery service in 20 !! Minutes closes. I will probably have to wait and see. BUT one thing is clear, you won't order a second time here!
